Ordering Terms and Conditions

 
     
 


 

Through our web store we accept credit cards and checks. In person we accept checks and cash, through the mail we accept checks and credit cards, however credit card purchases will be processed through the web store. Generally we will ship or deliver your order to you but if you prefer to pick up an order in person you will need to contact us before placing the order to make the arrangements. Although we may start working on some orders before payment is made or before your check clears the bank, we will not ship or deliver any product until payment is made in full. We also do not process orders for customers who owe money on previous jobs or orders. Since all credit card orders are processed by Express Digital/PhotoReflect through the web store, we do not have direct control over the processing therefore if a mistake occurs or a refund/credit is due to your credit card, we will contact Express Digital/PhotoReflect to initiate the process. In some rare cases it may be necessary for you to contact Express Digital/PhotoReflect to provide credit card information, details that we do not have, etc., if that happens we will provide you with their contact information. (we are happy to say, so far no customer of ours has ever had to contact Express Digital/PhotoReflect)

Many people ask if they can use a coupon, discount card or other discounts with sale or promotional pricing we may have in effect, the answer most likely is no. It isn't that we are mean, we simply do not have enough profit margin to allow multiple discounts but feel free to ask Rick and maybe you will be the exception to the rule. Our policy is only one discount or promotion of any type may be applied to a purchase or package.

Our Labs give us a 14 day warranty which applies to you, the purchaser of the photos, gallery wraps, post cards or other products. This means if you are not happy with the quality of a product, you must contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return the product to us within 14 days. The lab will replace the product at no charge and the replacement will be returned to you as soon as possible. There is no shipping charge on the replacement product; however you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (just as you would with any product from most other retail companies). You may return them in person or ship them to us and if we happen to be in your neighborhood on a job we will gladly pick up the damaged order from you. Since the labs all perform a quality control check and we also see the products before they are shipped to you quality issues are so rare we can't remember the last time there was a quality related issue. We are happy to say there has not been a quality related issue since before January of 2000 which is when we began tracking lab mistakes, quality concerns and shipping problems. Keep in mind when ordering from the web store or from a proof CD/DVD, the color of photographs very rarely will match the monitor in your house or office.

If you have a product that is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if you do not contact immediately, the shipper may refuse the damage claim. Do not throw away the shipping package or packing material, we may need it back to show the shipper or the shipper may want to stop by your house or office to look at the packaging. Again you are responsible for returning the product to us so we can return it to the lab and obtain a replacement for you. We will be happy to attempt to recover the shipping charge from the shipping company that damaged your order for you.
